Alyssa McKay is the Legal Operations Lead at NGM Group. She joined the organisation five years ago as its ‘first’ Paralegal, and since, has taken on a variety of roles across Governance, Strategy, and Legal, eventually finding her home in Legal Operations. Alyssa credits her success in Legal Operations to being a ‘Jill of all trades,’ blending a strategic mindset with technical legal expertise to drive organisational initiatives and improve day-to-day processes. Originally from Boston, Massachusetts, Alyssa holds a BA in Political Science and Environmental Studies from Wellesley College (US). After relocating to Newcastle, Australia in 2016, she went on to earn a BA/LLB of Laws from the University of New England.
