Bill most recently served as EVP and General Counsel of DXC Technology Company and a member of DXC Technology’s executive leadership since April 1, 2017 when DXC Technology was formed from the merger of HPE Enterprise Services and Computer Sciences Corporation. Effective April 1, 2024 Bill retired from his DXC position and has established a consultancy providing strategic advisory services to enterprise and early-stage companies, boards, c-suites and general counsel in the areas of business and technology strategy, digital transformation, AI, corporate and data governance, cybersecurity and other enterprise risk. Named by the Financial Times in 2017 as ‘The Most Innovative General Counsel’ and a 2018 ‘Attorney of the Year Finalist’ by the American Lawyer, Bill is a recognized thought and practice leader in the digital transformation of inhouse legal, contracting and compliance organizations. Bill co-created and is a faculty member of the Digital Legal Exchange, a global institute of leading thinkers and practitioners from academia, business, government, technology and law committed to accelerating digital transformation in the legal industry.

Bjarne Tellmann is CEO of FjordStream Advisors, a consultancy dedicated to empowering legal leaders and organizations to navigate disruption, embrace change and achieve transformative impact. Tellmann previously held senior leadership roles, including GC of Haleon Plc, where he oversaw the legal and compliance aspects of the company’s historic 2022 demerger and dual listing on the London Stock Exchange and NYSE – the largest UK listing in over a decade.
