Bjarne Tellmann

Bjarne Tellmann is CEO of FjordStream Advisors, a boutique consultancy focused on organisational excellence, digital transformation, and executive coaching for the legal industry.

He is also a Senior Visiting Fellow at the London School of Economics and the author of Building an Outstanding Legal Team. His forthcoming book, Law in the Era of AI, explores how AI is reshaping the future of legal services. He previously served as Founding General Counsel and Executive Committee member of Haleon Plc, where he co-led the company’s historic demerger from GSK — the largest spin-off and stock exchange listing in modern UK history — and subsequently transformed its 200+ person legal, compliance, and security function.

Earlier, as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of Pearson Plc, a FTSE-100 global education company, he led a major redesign and digitisation of the legal department, reducing costs by more than 40% while improving service quality. He has also held senior leadership roles across Europe, the United States, the Middle East, and Asia at companies including Coca-Cola, Aramco, and Kimberly-Clark, as well as at the law firms Sullivan & Cromwell and White & Case.
