Bjarne Tellmann

Bjarne Tellmann is CEO of FjordStream Advisors, a consultancy dedicated to empowering legal leaders and organizations to navigate disruption, embrace change and achieve transformative impact. Tellmann previously held senior leadership roles, including GC of Haleon Plc, where he oversaw the legal and compliance aspects of the company’s historic 2022 demerger and dual listing on the London Stock Exchange and NYSE – the largest UK listing in over a decade. He also served as GC at Pearson Plc during a period of significant transformation, contributing to landmark listings such as Coca-Cola HBC’s NYSE debut and Swisscom’s IPO, which was the eighth-largest IPO in history at the time.
