Harriet is Head of Legal and sole lawyer at SSY, the largest privately held shipbroking firm. She has over 10 years’ experience in corporate and commercial law, specialising in M&A, joint ventures and corporate governance. She has previously worked in financial services and her recent roles have been in the trade and shipping sector.
