He has overall responsibility for all legal, compliance and corporate governance matters across the Group. Having worked in international law firms and as a senior in-house legal advisor for leading multinational corporations operating in South Africa, the Middle East and Turkey, and Hong Kong, Zaid brings vast experience to his role. His diverse skill set enables him to advise on commercial strategies, M&A, technology licensing and IP rights management, data privacy, and a wide range of route-to-market contracts. Zaid is adept at building and scaling high-performing legal teams, and is a valuable partner to the business as Property Finder accelerates towards its targeted growth and expansion plans.
