Dana Stranders

Dana Stranders is the Head of Legal for EMEA at Miro, the AI Innovation Workspace headquartered in Amsterdam and San Francisco, operating across 13 hubs globally. Miro enables cross-functional teams to collaborate seamlessly with AI, supporting the full journey from early discovery through to final delivery on a shared, AI-first canvas.

In her current role, Dana leads global compliance and employment projects and recently assumed responsibility for the Employee Relations team. With over 20 years of experience, she has advised global organisations on complex legal matters, international expansion, and building scalable compliance frameworks. She brings particular expertise in supporting high-growth businesses and in transforming legal functions into strategic partners that scale alongside the business.

Prior to joining Miro, Dana held multiple legal roles within the eBay Classifieds Group. She began her legal career in private practice and consultancy as a technology lawyer and tax lawyer
