In her current role, she advises on AI, risk, and emerging technologies, supporting effective decision-making and sustainable growth.
She brings experience across high-growth, global organisations, advising on international expansion, strategic acquisitions, and the development of legal functions that can evolve alongside the business.
Before joining LawVu, Josephine held senior legal roles at Bentley Systems, Inc and Seequent Limited. She began her career in private practice in New Zealand as a technology and media lawyer.
