Katja Fenton is General Counsel and a member of the Executive Leadership Team at Fugro, the world’s leading geo-data company, headquartered in the Netherlands. With more than 20 years of experience, she has advised global organisations on complex legal and regulatory matters, major international contracting, and strengthening ethics and compliance at scale.
Prior to Fugro, Katja was Chief Ethics Officer at ASML. She started her legal career in private practice as a construction lawyer in London and the UAE.
