I’m a lawyer, author, consultant, community evangelist, and global business leader at LawVu. I am the author of The Oxygen Layer, a leadership and organizational theory book that explores the invisible conditions that make or break high performing teams and what leaders have to stop doing before it’s too late.

I operate at the intersection of legal operations, business strategy, and organizational performance. Whether I’m working with a GC modernizing a legal department or a business leader sorting out a workflow that stopped working, the problem is usually the same. The infrastructure didn’t keep up with the ambition.

At LawVu, I partner with in house legal teams to move from reactive operations to strategic, data driven leadership. Intake, matter management, contract lifecycle, spend visibility, cross functional collaboration, and AI. I help legal departments build the infrastructure that lets them lead the business, not just support it. Beyond legal, I consult with executives and business leaders globally on workflow design, operational strategy, product thinking, and building the kind of teams and communities that actually perform under pressure.
